Lanke provided a set of dedusting device of tanks top of fresh catalyst for 900,000 tons / year of heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in Sinopec Shijiazhuang Branch. Except for equipment, instruments and control systems, pipes and pipe fittings, the supply scope of Lanke also included installation, training and guidance of stat-off and debugging. Since the first successful running in Sep 5th,2013, the devices have been operating well and satisfied the design requirements. With the filtered gas dust content measured value is less than 50mg /Nm³ the operation of the system does not affect the adding velocity.
